jogging is one of the best thing to reduce belly fat. jogging can give you the extra strength which will boost your immunity. 1 to 2 km jogging in the morning every day help to reduce your fat and making you healthy and fit.

diet you take in a day must contain proper amount of calories, protein, carbs and other macro nutrients which will give the proper amount of energy you need to maintain a good health. stay away from the junk food and soft drinks . Add more vegetables and fresh juices in your diet. Eat calculated amount of calories.
